Everything you need to complete a 6” felt panel image! The kit comes with a felting pad, felting Needle, colored roving, and a video link tutorial. The video tutorial is in real time and will allow you to rewind, pause and watch again.
Please note: colors may vary slightly from photo, such as navy for the peacock blue hat, yellow for the teal Mittens and shirt, or black for the dark brown shoes.
Put your finished project into a frame w glass, a shadow box frame, or fashion a hanger out of wood and thread. Or carefully trim your felted image and make into a hanging ornament or mount onto a piece of wood or in a frame.
Project is suitable for all ages, but the kit includes a very sharp felting Needle. Small children should be supervised.
